Arctic Grade Thread Lubricant

Unlike most typical thread lubricants, Lamons Arctic Grade Moly Thread Lubricant is uniquely blended to be manageable and easier to apply in sub-freezing environments. With outstanding mechanical stability and superior wear protection over a wide temperature range, it is recommended for bolting of risers, BOPs, flanged connections, and reciprocating or rotating flat surfaces operating under heavy loads. This lubricant contains no metals, and unlike any other moly paste, its nut-factor (k) value of 0.155 is determined from a series of controlled friction tests at the temperature of -30˚F.
