Matrix L120 Expanded PTFE Sheet Gaskets

This range of high-quality, specially processed Expanded PTFE (ePTFE) sealants provides soft, highly compressible gasketing on a roll for long-life, trouble-free sealing that reduces maintenance and storing costs. Under pressure, PTFE sealant provides a very thin and wide ribbon-like joint sealant so that the smallest possible gasket surface area is exposed to the harmful effects of corrosive media. Matrix L120 delivers a tight, leak free seal and is easily compressed under lower loads, which is beneficial for applications such as FRP or glass-lined flanges. L120 features good creep resistance and bolt torque retention, even under higher compressive force, increasing the ability to bolt up and avoid re-torquing later.
